Parcel delivery
For orders in France, packages are delivered within 7 working days.
For other European countries, shipments are made within 10 working days.
The delivery costs are displayed on your order and without any hidden costs.
Package returns
Please note that each item must be returned in the same condition as when received.
Items in new condition must be returned new, unused and complete.
Products must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging, labels and certificates of authenticity.
All products returned without their original packaging and documentation will be rejected.
The exceptions applicable to the right of withdrawal also apply to our Returns Policy within 30 days.
The products below cannot be returned under our Returns Policy within 30 days (unless the product is defective).
